No problem with food or service ... Problem is the office management screwed up my son's paycheck and put it in my account (we both work there) and now they act like he is not supposed to get paid until I put the money back! I told the women. It was cheddars mistake cheddars should fix it! And they can get my next check in return for their screw up ... You would think they are a competent company ... Guess not! Went and talked to management and he passed it off on office women and she acts like it's are fault she screwed up and needs to fix it!

To whom it may concern. My wife and I eat at the Cheddars on I35 north in Ft. Worth, Tx. sometimes 3-4 times a week. For the past several weeks, while going to the restroom, you walked into a hall leading to both the women's and men's restrooms and there was an odor, of something maybe be soured or a sewer smell. On 2-13-12 we went to this location with another couple. We were seated along the north wall in a booth. After being seated, within a couple of minutes we could smell the same odor described above. It was strong enough we asked to be moved. They moved us to another booth about 35-40 feet from where we were seated. When the A/c came on the odor was with us again. We like eating at Cheddars, but if the smell is not taken care of, we dine elsewhere. There were some more folks that got seated where we were originally seated and they asked move also. I am a parent of two young adults that work at the
Cheddars in Tyler, Texas. One of my kids quit a few months back and the other is about to. The management is so poor its ridiculous. They both have been there for quite sometime. They never get their shifts right. OBVIOUSLY, they do not have pen and paper or a mind capable of remembering anything. Both of my young adults go to college as well and have repeatedly told them what days and hours they can work. It's not complicated but when they repeatedly put them on shifts when they have told them they go to school at that time or for whatever reason they r to blame for it! One of my young adults has been there for almost 2 years and has been a great employee! She is overlooked due to the fact that the management prefers the men and has a thing about women I suppose. Anyways, these are students trying to better themselves and by the way add to our future. Cut them some slack. There have been so many overturns at this Cheddars in Tyler, Texas due to the management. Why don'kt u open your eyes and look at the facts. Sure they gonna sugar coat everything when u visit there. All you have to do is ask the employees what in the world is up with this management!
