Dairy Queen 13622 - 735 Hwy 6 South in Houston - TX 77079

The service is great, very friendly staff. The food is really good and I love the clean lobby. I really don't believe the complaint on Aug. 28 because I go quite often and I know they wouldn't give "hard as rock fries" after 20 minutes. It gives good quality food.

1st time we went we waited 10 min in drive through and left we were the only car in line. 2nd time we ordered a drink and cone with 1 car in front of us. We waited 20 min for a cone and drink and confronted workers asking them why they didn't let that car pukk forward they were clueless. 3rd trip we ordered meal deal. After 20 min wait food came out cold the fries were hard as a rock and dark brown the rease was way overused. The manager should be fired and the workers need training courtesy. This is the most disgusting of all fast food places I have been to in 45 years
