Dance is a form of art, comprising movements of the body, generally rhythmic and to music. It’s hard to define the age of this art as it does not leave behind any material artifacts, such as cave paintings or hunting implements to certify its presence in some period of human history. We can only conjecture that dance has became the indispensable part of human culture long thousands years ago. First, it performed the ceremonial, ritual and sacral functions. People believed that dance helps our soul to touch the deity, and for some extend they were in the right. Scientists have proved that rhythmic movements to music produce the immense effect on our body, that of relieving and soothing, sometimes exciting and agitating but always helping to get rid of stress and relax one’s restrained nerves. Dancing lessons now are available in every city, they provide the different dancing styles training for people of all ages and tastes.
