Let’s start with the good. The Go-Karts are pretty cool. And that’s it.
First off, the employees at this location were completely aloof. I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes because no one was around to help me. There was one woman in particular whose job appeared to consist of looking at people waiting for service, and then strolling into the office (I saw her do this 4 times). I paid for tokens, didn’t receive them, and then I had to argue with someone about whether or not I paid for them.
Then, there’s the arcade, the most pathetic arcade I’ve ever seen. This isn’t a big arcade to begin with, but it seems even smaller when you consider how many of the arcade games didn’t work. Want to play Guitar Hero with a friend? Well, the left guitar doesn’t work. Want to play air hockey? One of the coin slots is jammed and the other one just eats tokens. They have a shooting game called Confidential Mission that was out of order. They have a football throwing game with not enough footballs. Their basketball shooting game also didn’t have enough balls, and was filled with garbage like old plastic cups. We bought 20 tokens. 8 of them were eaten by the arcade games. If you’re into Go-Karts, this place is great, but the arcade and staff are a joke. I’m never going back to this location and wouldn’t recommend that ANYONE go there.
