Starlite Skate Center in Mt Airy - NC 27030

My children go to this rink on a regular basis. very good. the people who run this rink are very professional and the staff is great. We have a great time everytime we go. My children have had parties here also and it has always been fun. Parties are for the children and the children skate and have a great time. Thumbs up to starlite skate center...Always a FAN...

Non professionals very rude employees will not return and will tell everyone, I know not to go!

I was at the rink on Sunday May 22 ,2011 for my nephews 13th birthday party. My sister-in-law had to pay 5.50 for each person skating, I have 3 children and two of them chose not to skate, so then I went to the counter and asked the lady for a pair of skates, she said I had to have a ticket. I asked why she said I wasn't a child with the party, so then I asked my 17 year old son to get me a pair of skates if he wasn't going to skate I would I put the skates on and a very hateful man approached me said I had to pay 5.50 for the skates or take them off I politely told him my son wasn't skating so I would he said yes if you pay 5.50 I said it was already paid for he said it wasn't, yes for the children but not me. he called me a thief and a shoplifter said I couldn't go to Mcdonalds and get a hamburger and not pay for it's stealing so I had to take off the skates then Oh get this he made fun of me as I was going to take them off said evidentally you don't need to skate anyway. These people are very unproffesional, and impolite I would not recommend this skating rink for my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
