GM must not know what being at a gun range means. The staff is knowledgeable and will tell you what to do and not to do. If a person isnt abiding by the range rules or assuring not only their own safety along with anyone else on the range then they shouldn't be there. I ask you, If you ran such a business, wouldn't you be safety minded and want proactive employees? It's a GUN range, not a place for edgy shooters.

Getting down to brass tacks. The place is dirty, the lanes tend not to work so when asked to move to another lane the clerk snips at you and blurts out another lane like its my fault its broken. The ammo is over priced and in todays economy that is an issue as well as the 20 dollars I have to spend on top of bullets to use the broken lane. There is one person that seems to be rude to returning customers and even worse to new shooters who, might I add, are already nervous to shoot therefore adding more stress and taking away from the could be enjoyment of shooting. I only go there because its closer than Ultimate shooting which is worth driving 45 minutes. All in all, It works if you ignore the prices, staff, and technical issues.
