The national (official) United States holidays

Americans like to celebrate. For example, the approach of Christmas and New Year holidays there in November, when all the shops, restaurants, hotels and other public places began active preparation. Corporate parties in honor of the New Year in U.S. firms conducted since the beginning of December (which really is the work!), Christmas sales at stores (with big red letters SALE) are from mid-December to late January.
