What to see
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore is a huge national park and it takes 7th place among the reserves of United States' diversity of flora and fauna. The reserve is located on the shores of Lake Michigan, between the cities of Gary and Michigan City. There are several beaches and tourist areas.
Conner Prairie Living History Museum - located in the town of Fishers. It is a great historical museum in the open air where visitors can feel and experience the lifestyles of the early 19th century.
